If you are unable to open or download any of the order forms, contact our Customer Services department and we will fax or e-mail
over an order form, which ever is more convenient for you.

Order Forms that are completed accurately are the most effective way of placing an order. You can place an order by either
downloading and completing an order form listed above, complete our online order forms by clicking here for our Ticket Order Form
and here for our Wristband Order Form or by contacting our Customer Services department on (01709) 780008 to have an order form emailed or faxed through to you.

Once completed your Order Forms need to be faxed to us (01709) 780909 or e-mailed to us via info@secprint.co.uk.

Please do not try to order over the Telephone as we will not accept orders this way.

A proof of the ticket or wristband design will be provided to you within 2 working days of receiving your order and we guarantee a
72 hour turnaround after payment is received and proofs are signed off. (Please note: we require written confirmation of the proofs, either via fax or email).

Our in-house design team will produce artwork for the ticket design free of charge. If you require a certain style to the design, then
please provide as much information as possible from the start so that our design team can produce something suitable for the event.

However if you would prefer to use your own artwork we will accept files as Greyscale, RGB or CMYK in the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PSD or (preferably) PDF with resolution set at 300 - 600 dpi.

To make it easier for you to set up a ticket design or wristband design to our specification we have created a few of templates for out ticket and wristband stock. There are two versions of each template one is in PDF format and the other is in JPG format and can be downloaded by right clicking on the links below and selecting 'Save Target As...' the forms will then be saved to your computer. Once downloaded please fill in the white areas of the template as these are the printable areas.
